Client Story: Clean & Polish

Who: Clean & Polish (Rockville, MD)

The Challenge: Clean & Polish has a large team of exterior-building maintenance staff, servicing customers in the North East.  They do great work for their customers, and because of this, have a lot of business to manage.  Their previous system allowed them to track jobs, but had some shortcomings – for example, that system did not allow them to easily see how many staff were available on any given day.  This resulted in quite a bit of manual administrative work, post it notes, and a paper desk calendar to keep a running total of how many staff were committed to jobs on each day.

The Solution: Clean & Polish worked together with us to help design a new system based on a hybrid of Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator that allowed them to find information faster, but also added new capabilities for keeping organized.  For example, the paper calendar was replaced with Calendar reports in Zoho Creator.  When scheduling staff, Clean & Polish can now know availability in a single click, helping them to schedule much more efficiently.
