Company/Group Limited Access lets you set the access for entire lookups of Company and Group records at once instead of one-by-one. You simply create your lookup, choose "Company/Group Limited Access..." from the tools menu, choose your Users and Teams, then click Apply. The Extended Edition lets you optionally set access for Contacts that belong to those Companies or Groups as well as set the Record Manager to a specific user or the Record Creator.
