Contact Clipboard is a great little tool for ACT! that lets you save time by making it really easy to copy just the details you want from a Contact record when copying and pasting from ACT! into another program.
It lets you create a template with fields and formatting to suit what you need. The template is like a little mail merge document - you choose the fields to insert and can type additional text, such as "Phone: " or "Fax: " in front of the different phone fields so you can tell what each one is.
